Jennifer was amazing and nothing short of a miracle worker. We went into contract 6.27.19 and I owned my home (keys in hand) 7.19.19. That is 25 calendar days and only 16 business days (not to mention over a holiday for 4th of July)!! My purchase also involved FHA financing with a lender that she had not worked with in the past.
