Oftentimes people don’t understand they can use an outside agent for new construction homes. But you can! Think of the sales agents who are working in the office as the on-site listing agents for the builder. I have helped several families through the new construction home buying process from everything starting with loan to purchase and how to purchase.

Since 2001, I have assisted families from all over the United States relocate to California. Moving across the country can be challenging for families and children. This is why strategic planning must be executed with precision, to ensure time-savings and cost-efficiency as the sales process advances. After conducting a thorough personal and financial client assessment, I prepare the family for immersion into the Orange County experience. Part of this process involves hosting client tours in various cities, and sharing our region’s identity and beautiful environmental landscape.

With my resources and financial strategies, I help the homeowner seek relief by negotiating longer sale dates so the client stay in the home longer, secure thousands of dollars in relocation money, and/or procuring a qualified buyer who will adhere to the terms of such a complex sale.

 

 

 

First time home buyer

Buying your first home can be one of the most exciting big steps you can take in life.  Buying a home can also be one of the most stressful things you do. When I bought my first home in 1996, (prior to having my real estate license) it was a ‘for sale by owner’ home, and without going into too much detail, let’s just say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Five years later when I decided to get into real estate I focused on helping first time home buyers. I vowed to make sure that any first-time home buyer that I was able to help, I would provide them the ultimate best experience possible so they didn’t have to experience the anxiety or stress I had endured. To this day, first time home buyers still hold a special place in my heart and I love helping a first-time buyer into a place they’ll call home.
