That is 25 calendar days and only 16 business days (not to mention over a holiday for 4th of July)!! My purchase also involved FHA financing with a lender that she had not worked with in the past. Jennifer was professional yet aggressive enough to make sure we were able to close on my desired move in date. Jennifer is amazing! From the start Jennifer listened to everything we said and was upfront and honest. We were looking in a specific neighborhood and heard from friends that a home might be going up for sale. Jennifer tracked down the owners phone number and got us in to see the house before it went on the market.
